Lesson Plans and Resources

  • During 3 years of co-creation with teachers, Futuclass has developed a methodology of how to conduct an effective lesson using VR devices.

  • Every app in Futuclass School Kit comes with one or more lesson plans for classroom use. An increasing number of lesson plans support shared device use. See an example lesson plan.
  • Futuclass has created numerous “How To” videos for topics ranging from “How To Manage a Fleet of VR Devices” to “Tips and Tricks For Conducting a VR Lesson”.

  • A kick-off call (optional) to answer any questions about how to roll out VR in your school, including VR devices management, teacher training, general guidelines

Mentoring Program (extra fee)

We offer 6-week mentoring programs with homework to train your staff to use virtual reality in your classrooms for an additional charge. The agenda of the 6-week program includes the following:
  • Week 1: Introduction to VR and educational VR applications
  • Week 2: VR apps review (homework). How to implement teacher training at school.
  • Week 3: Teacher training planning (homework). Presentation topics: Problems and solutions to using VR.
  • Week 4: Teacher training implementation (homework). Presentation topics: Futuclass Science apps.
  • Week 5: Review of multiplayer functionality in VR.
  • Week 6: Topic chosen by the participants.

Extended Hardware Warranty (extra fee)

We offer an additional 1 year warranty to make you feel safer by reducing unforeseen device related costs.
  • Futuclass offers quick replacement for failed VR hardware, for an additional fee.
  • In case a failure is identified, Futuclass verifies it, and ships out a new device and/or controller as soon as possible, usually in the next business day.
  • Hardware Warranty costs 100€ per device per annum.
